posted by: Saunders (reply) post date: 03.04.07 (8:59 pm) Go to the Alps. The scenery is amazing. My favorite city on my France/Germany/Austria trip was Salzburg, Austria. It was an interesting combination of the past and the present. The city was protected by an amazing fortress on a cliff. They now have electric buses that are powered by overhead power lines. It's beautiful, warm, great beaches, and I just really liked it. They have excellent nutella gelato there, too. P.S.
