| amp epiphany - Relay - Hautians - etc |

poor dave's amp is dying. yes, it is making high-pitched groaning noises when plugged into any device; or touching the tip for that matter. It's really old, but it's got the classic look that is just unbeatably sweet! So we were thinking: we could either a) build one; or b) he could get this sweet tube-amp from Canada.
So ECE130 ran late because we're learning how to use a new simulator: Cadence OrCad (it's what INTEL uses), but that's okay because it's an ee course :) ; and I was supposed to go wake Kimberly to go to dinner. I stopped by dave's room and we talked about the amp some more. Then, eventually made it up to get kim and on our way to dinner I realize that I have a Relay for Life Meeting for the American Cancer Society
If you would like to donate to Relay for Life let me know!!
Anyways, so these other captains, other than the college teams, are totally classic Hautians. They were like:
"So the relay has expanded internationally. For example to Australia and Jamaca....Is Jamaca a country?"
response from another Hautian team captain:
"Yes, they have an Olympic Team!"
Are you serious!! Retards! But the cookies were tasty. Especially since I have yet to eat today. Probably won't though. Maybe that's why I've been dizzy. I was thinking the other day (a rare occurance for an EE) and if would didn't sleep or eat we would have so much more time to do stuff. Seriously, our lives would be doubled.
So this is a long blog b/c my homework due tomorrow has been pushed back to be due on Monday!! Superly made my evening great! It was a huge assignment that Shibberu said not to put off until Thurdsday evening (which is what i did, nonetheless).
Okay, so congrats goes out to Kimberly for getting a date. (even though he is a lambda chi. not everyone can be a Pike, right?) Further more: she so stole my idea of KEFI and is calling it "operation: happiness" oh well as long as the idea works and people are happy!!
Something made me really happy the other day: i was singing RENT down the hallway and elaine knew it!! new eternial friend.

So i'm listening to MC SOLAAR, a french rap group, while studying for my calc III quiz and I look up their page and listen to one of their new songs. Its really says a lot, especially if you know french. Look at it here

i've been busy lately. not doing anything productive or worth while, but busy. I'm almost done with making my skin for my browser. it's pretty. Also, i've been working on an animation of sharpies. I got the 5 new colors; and I was happy despite everyone making fun of me. It doesn't matter what they say, just what makes me happy.
I've enjoyed meeting kimberly's mom. she's so pleasant, kind, and totally fun to be with. I can tell why kim is so spoiled.
I have so much homework this weekend; and I have yet to start it because of mom's day today (which my mom came at 10 in the morning, but it was nice to see her) still, tomorrow i have to go to lafayette to drop off my sister's car, since she got back from ireland today. oh, i'll have no time to do homework. most of it is due on tuesday, but i never feel like doing it on mondays due to my 12 hours straight when i don't see my room.
cameron and i went to the house tonight and played various poker games. i'm horrible at poker, but it is still fun. some fun quotes of the evening:

instead of being know for something great, indiana is known for unpredictiable weather conditions. it hasn't failed. 50 degrees then snow today  (and it's actually sticking to the grass).

a BIG thanks goes out to the greatest ladies on the third: Kimberly & Danna. You rock. i still don't get how without a word you understand.
I realized nearly all of my pre-rose friends are thousands of miles away from me. :cry: let's see: whitney is visiting baker in hawai'i, ladonna is in france now going to visit my sister in ireland, chris is in utah, amber is on an army base in who knows where, michael is in germany with the 101st, jonas is back home in germany...etc etc so i guess that as that as the world has become 'smaller' and people can travel farther in less time without a second thought, that it sucks more.
therefore, my message to you:
live life to the fullest. cherish your friends and loved ones now. plan for the future for only enough to be secure and have fun now living in the moment-this could be your last day, granted-probably not though, live with the greek notion of κεφ&iot a; the way Jonathan Larson did. that is wherever you live, what ever is going on in your life, make it feel wonderful. BE HAPPY!

Wednesdays are nice on my schedule. That is if I don't have physics lab, like this week. Check it out.
My mom called me and said she has 4th row seats to the Pacer's March 28th game against the Heat. Even though bball is nearly my least favorite sport (ironic that i'm from indiana) it's still cool. So Cameron and I are going. It'll be fun. :)
I love ECE!!! I finally like a class here in the hell that is rose. Chem is nice too. I've forgotten a lot over the past year, and the ChemEs from BSB3 let me know that. Yet, ECE is far superior than any class i've take thus far. :D It makes me happy to know that even though my experice with classes here has sucked, it looks as though they will get better. Especially next year, when it's supposed to be hard for an EE, i'll like it. That's why we go to rose. Somehow through the pain and torture, we can find pleasure.
